ABOUT SHOPPING: What forms of payment are available for
online purchases? We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER,
AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS (USA DINERS ONLY) We also accept PAYPAL, ECHECK, WIRE
TRANSFERS, WESTERN UNION. I live in Morocco... can I buy? And
what forms of payment are available? Yes you can! Whether you are a company wishing to send corporate gifts or someone who wants to surprise a loved one anywhere in Morocco, just leave the work to us! Paying online: If you have a valid international credit card, you may follow the regular order process. Please make sure your credit card does not say "valid only in Morocco" Check
or bank deposits: Or if you prefer, you can mail us a check or
make a deposit in one of our Moroccan bank accounts. In this case, you will need to contact us
because you will not be able to enter your order online. First, we
will give you the prices in
Moroccan Dirhams and let you know which bank account to deposit the money
to. After payment is done, we
will enter the order in the system and it will follow the regular process as all others. Is the credit card information I submit
secure? Absolutely. Every step of the I Love Morocco
online ordering process that requests credit card information employs secure
socket layer (SSL) encryption which makes the information unreadable should
anyone intercept it. Please take a look at our privacy and security section
for more information. What is the CCV credit card
verification number? This number provides a safeguard when a
purchase is made using your credit card. It protects us as sellers and you,
as a customer. For Visa, Master
Card and Discover, it is the last 3 digits printed on the back of the card.
For AMEX, it is the 4 digits printed above the card number on the front of
the card. Will I receive a confirmation of my
order? Yes, a confirmation of your order will be
emailed to the email address you provide, within a few minutes. What does the order verification
consist of? The order verification is a process we must
go through to verify each order’s validity and to protect the credit card
holder and the seller from fraud. This will only take place on your first
order. Once you register your
information with us, any other purchase you make will not need to be
verified. For an order to be fully verified, we will
need to confirm the following information: 1 - The correct CCV number on your credit
card. You will be required to include this verification number during
checkout. (if you are paying by credit card) Note: your credit card issuing
bank CANNOT be in a different country than the one you reside in. 2 - Your telephone number: You will receive a
phone call from us to verify your phone number and information, no matter in
which country you live. 3 - The recipient’s telephone number in
Morocco: This telephone number
will have to match the address where the package is being delivered. Please note that if we are unable to have
verification of your order on the day you place it, the delivery of your
order may be delayed. How can I check the status of my order? We will send you a confirmation email when
your order has been delivered. You
may also log in to you account with the login and password you created when
placing your order, to see the status of your order. Will I be able to send a message with my
gift? Yes. During the checkout process, you will be
able to include a short message with any purchase you make.
This message will arrive in a card attached to the package.
For an additional $2.00 you will be able to
put this message in one of our beautiful, full color, USA made greeting
card. We have cards available
for all occasions such as birthday, kid’s birthday, congratulations, love,
etc. Can my order be gift wrapped? Yes. Most gifts can be gift wrapped for a
$3.50 fee. For all gift
wrapping details, click here What if the recipient is not home when the delivery is made? If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, we, or the delivery company, will call and reschedule a more appropriate delivery time and date for the recipient. If in this second occasion the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. If the item is returned to us: Flowers: if the flowers have wilted or lost their freshness, we cannot replace them with a new bouquet. If you still want the order processed, a new order will have to be placed. If the flowers are still fresh (usually within 2 days of original shipment), we may send the same bouquet at an extra $7.00 dollars for delivery. Breakfasts: breakfasts are only hand delivered - due to the freshness of most items in the breakfasts, it is impossible to redeliver after 1 day. If a breakfast order delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts in the same day, the package will be returned and a new order will have to be placed. Gifts: All gifts may be reshipped after being returned to us for an extra $7.00 delivery fee. If you do not wish to resend the package, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for the return and the rest, refunded to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable. NOTE: personalized or monogrammed items are NOT refundable even if undeliverable.
ABOUT FLOWERS: How are the flowers packaged? Flowers delivered within metropolitan areas
are hand delivered and wrapped in cellophane with a fabric bow around them.
Flowers delivered to non metropolitan areas will be shipped via next
day service to ensure freshness. These will be wrapped in cellophane and
shipped in a specially designed carton box. Flowers are arranged as shown in our
descriptions. Also enclosed will be your personal message,
plant food – for better preservation of the flowers, and a “care” card
with instructions on how to cut the stems and transfer to a vase for better
and longer life. A vase may be added for a surcharge to most
of our arrangements during the checkout process. Are vases included in the bouquets? Vases are not included in the bouquets unless

of our arrangements during the checkout process. ABOUT BREAKFASTS: How are the breakfasts packed? Due to freshly prepared foods, breakfast
service is limited to: Casablanca, Rabat, Sale, Kenitra, Mohammedia, Skhirat,
Temara. Breakfasts will be hand delivered and packed
in a basket with cellophane and a large bow at the top.
All food items will be protected with sealed bags and all items are
guaranteed freshly baked.
